Orka Financial is recruiting for a Junior Accountant to join their clients performing finance team based in High Wycombe, the role reports into the Financial Controller and comes with AAT/ACCA/CIMA study support.

The Junior Accountant position would suit a candidate who has previous experience supporting a team within a broad finance role and is looking to further their career, great opportunity to be part of a growing business.

Responsibilities

• 
  Manage all bank reconciliations
• Monthly payroll and benefits processes
• Manage the fixed assets
• Prepare & post journal
• Prepare and post journal entries at month end in line with reporting deadlines & reconcile associated balance sheet accounts
• To prepare and report UK VAT & Intrastat submissions in line with HMRC requirements
• Manage the inter company process
• Assist the Accounts Payable function
• Support Finance Team members with preparation, reviews and reporting of Annual Plan

• Awareness of financial reporting
• AAT/ACCA/CIMA studier
• Strong communication skills
