About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Account Manager to join our allpay.cards Team! We support industry leading FinTech Companies & Challenger Banks with their physical payment cards.
Our Hereford based, world class facilities house the end-to-end manufacture and personalisation process. We are looking for a commercially minded individual who excels in building relationships and who also has the ability to think operationally.
You will be the point of contact for clients as well as working closely with our internal experts covering all aspects of the process including card design, manufacture, EMV technical, bureau and logistics services.
As Junior Account Manager you will support your team, but also work with your Clients to build relationships, identify their customers’ requirements and assist in providing relevant solutions to meet their needs and to grow revenues and volumes.
You will be joining an enthusiastic team who are passionate in delivering innovative products, delivering a first-class service whilst growing with the department.
Some of your other key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately and timely updating of the internal Client Relationship Management System, Salesforce, and other information systems to ensure that information is always available.
- To produce reports for internal stakeholders and external clients to meet SLAs and contractual requirements. The reports include Monthly Stock Report, Monthly SLA performance and KPI pack, Weekly Client update reports, Monthly update, and Forecasting.
- Supporting sales and promotion of the Company’s services by assisting with Marketing campaigns and events.

About You
As our ideal Junior Account Manager, you will:
Communicate with confidence to build trust and maintain long standing business relationships. You will be able to communicate effectively via phone, email, or using video conferencing tools. You will convey technical information easily to non-technical stakeholders, as well as effectively gather Clients’ requirements and interpret their needs to offer relevant solutions.
Have enthusiasm and a strong desire to succeed in customer satisfaction, be self-motivated and a strong team player, willing to take ownership.
Manage several complex activities simultaneously, effectively work to deadlines and to co-ordinate independent departments to complete requirements on time.
Have commercial understanding with a knowledge of financial payments services being an advantage.
