About the Role
The Uber Eats team is looking for a sharp, highly motivated individual to join our Enterprise team. As a Junior Account Growth Strategist, you will work efficiently and successfully with our restaurant partners to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer service. You'll work closely with restaurant partners, the restaurant support team, sales, marketing and operations teams to lead and optimize partnerships and provide maximum value for both Uber and its partners.
What You’ll Do
Relationship building: Support growth and retention of accounts through regular interaction and understanding of the accounts needs and expectations- Business understanding: Listen to and escalate customer feedback; stays abreast of relevant business trends and latest thinking on topics directly related to project or role·
- Negotiations: Recommend deal structures with guidance from leadership (contract renewals and re-negotiations)
- Engagement: Increase restaurant participation through deep knowledge of program opportunities. Consider the unique needs of their account and adapt approach as necessary
- Account planning: Understand account objectives and input into planning processes. Align work with these assigned KPIs and tracks progress towards them
- Voice of the customer: Track and communicate account feedback through the appropriate internal channels
- Impact: Design and implement growth initiatives such as adding locations, experimenting with new business models (eg. dark kitchens) or growing same-location sales (eg. effective marketing, menu optimisation)
- Opportunity identification: Identify internal tools and systems that are not operating at maximum efficiency & suggests improvement opportunities
- Analytics: Quantifies impact of projects/tasks on the team's KPIs

Project management: Create short-term plans and timelines for executing tasks
Communication: Regularly communicate project status to relevant audience in an efficient format - Autonomy: Independently prioritize across multiple demands and handles interruptions, moving deadlines, and minor setbacks, while effectively escalating and requesting support as when appropriate
What You’ll Need
- Professional experience in a client facing role working with enterprise or mid-market sized accounts for a minimum of 1 year
- Instinct for handling partners. You have a proven track record of successfully handling complex partnerships
- An intuition for people. You are spending the majority of the time working with various internal and external teams, building and cultivating new relationships with potential and existing partners within all parts of an organization.
- Confident in making data-led decisions and using sound business judgment
- Speediness and resourcefulness. This team moves fast and always operates in new spaces. You pick up things fast and run with them

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber’s cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office.
