- To support the team and manage the day-to-day administration of all Client projects. On the projects you are working on, ensure Agency resource is accurately and proactively managed - using both systems and communication – and that internal and external stakeholders expectations are fully managed
- To maintain timelines, status reports and write contact reports after meetings as needed by your team
- To ensure everything is filed in line with agreed process
- To ensure that your team are delivering the right briefs into the agency on time
- To interface with the creative resourcing team, ensuring that you know where all projects are, and relevant next steps are communicated
- Where appropriate, you will write briefs for some of the smaller projects, and manage communication with Clients related to those projects
- To proof-read the work we produce, ensuring it is accurate and on brand
- To monitor how much time is being spent on projects, and alert and proactively manage where this is not the case, working with your managers to problem solve

Ideal Characteristics
- A degree in marketing
- Experience where organisation and multi-tasking was core to the role
