We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior 3D Creative to join a fantastic Design Company based in Windsor on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Creative Team to develop 3D concepts that align with client goals and brand objectives
- Taking design briefs from Middle Weight, Senior Designers, and Creative Directors.
- Develop detailed 3D renderings, floor plans, and construction drawings to communicate design intent to vendors and clients.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all design deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure that all designs are executed accurately and to the client’s specifications.
- Develop brand awareness of potential clients as well as keeping up to date with brand developments with existing clients.
- Develop conceptual design approaches for initial planning meetings (layouts of proposed designs as well as mood and material boards)
- Hone and develop a high level of expertise in the latest 3D design software and techniques to ensure that work is completed to the highest standards.
- Learn to liaise with contractors throughout the design and construction process to ensure both a high build quality and that the final product meets the client’s expectations – with the support from the Delivery and Production team.
- Stay up to date on developments across a wide range of design disciplines by reading design magazines and books, to develop knowledge and creative abilities.
- Ensure that designs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Keeping Studio Material (material library to digital CAD library) in order and updated.
- Generally supporting the creative team on different duties.
Requirements:
- Office awareness –a willingness to learn operations within a design agency.
- Creativity and proactiveness.
- The ability to handle several projects at any one time.
- Attention to detail.
- Mac / PC Literacy.
- Willing to learn to become sufficient in Project Management understanding.
- Presentation skills – sufficient in presenting internal or externally.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Maintaining an interest in the latest trends and styles in a creative industry.
- Being aware of examples of design creativity from day to day. Observe, acknowledge, be critical or appreciative.
- To enhance existing skills with new techniques, including software development.
- Demonstrate a creative and questioning nature.
