EMEA Payment Rails & Value Added Service Product is a dynamic and diverse Product team responsible for product strategy, development, commercialization and local relevance of payment products across the region. The products developed will be used by the global corporations executing payments and will focus on streamlining the client experience while reducing operational costs and risks within the current model.
About the Team
EMEA Payments Strategic Development is a dynamic and diverse team under Product organization and is responsible for the development and execution of the payments solutions that J.P. Morgan delivers to global clients. These product solutions cover across 13 EMEA countries and support our corporate and financial clients.

About the Position
Working with Product Owners, Country product Managers, Operation, Client Servicing and Technology, a Product Delivery manager will design and deliver against the strategic roadmap through the full project life cycle, including analysis, design of the client experience, service model, and delivery.
We are looking for experienced candidates who are keen problem solvers, with proved ability standing-up/ managing complex multi-year programs. The role also encompasses
Payments product, and Post Office card knowledge are beneficial. This is a role ideal for applicants with high energy and self-directed, with an ability to collaborate across a diverse set of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Project manage change initiatives for CEEMEA Payments, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders to ensure initiatives are running as planned
- Project manage the POca Future State Strategy incorporating both Technology platform and Datacentre migrations, as well as business preparation to insource and migrate the POca customer service provision to an internal J.P. Morgan solution
- Project manage other urgent and critical change activities for EMEA Payment rails and value added services
- Work with cross functional teams and external partners to build and launch payment product offerings across Europe. Inclusive of f acilitating working groups with excellent preparation and delivery
- Analyse and document business requirements, identifying and evaluating implications for clients, products, processes and functions
- Effectively problem solve issues/challenges when those arise
- Ensure seamless implementation of change by reviewing procedures and similar artefacts for implementation in BAU, with risk and control requirements met
- Manage, track and report progress on a regular basis
Skills and Experience:
- Subject matter expert in Payments, Financial Services and Product Delivery
- Relevant experience in Payment Operations and/or Technology
- Proven and demonstrable track record in the successful delivery of product change end to end, managing risk, understanding and resolving issues efficiently
- Previous success in developing and implementing large scale initiatives
- Highly structured and methodical in execution with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated creative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Business Analysis experience including requirements gathering, documentation and process modelling
- Ability to partner collaboratively with business partners and functional support areas
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task while delivering on time
- Ability to provide written and verbal updates appropriate for senior management
- Self-motivated, works well in a team environment to deliver against key objectives
- Team player, capable of building relationships with key business partners internally and externally
- Proven experience collaborating with local and Global internal business partners to deliver go to market solutions
