This is an exciting opportunity to join JPMorgan, this role is a Jobshare (part-time hours where 2 people share the responsibility of the role) if this is the flexibility you need this could be the role for you.
As a Governance Project Management, you'll be responsible for the operational management and control of the daily workflow within Asset Servicing, as well as corporate action and income products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Building your knowledge of systems, processes, and regulatory requirements in order to support operational requirements and work with internal functional partners
- Identify, assess, manage and report the impact of business process and regulatory change for clients, products, processes and functions
- Identify control weaknesses across processes and escalate accordingly to establish corrective action plans, communicate status and preventative change updates
- Support internal and external audits
- Daily information owner responsibilities including RSAM approvals and System changes for Payment Operations
- To be an escalation contact for all information owner responsibilities
- Devise and roll out robust approval and recertification process for all approvals supported/required in Payment Operations and share knowledge gained with wider Payment Operations team

Excellent written and verbal communication, supported by strong PowerPoint abilities to create impactful slides in a short space of time
- Stakeholder management - connection, communication & collaboration. Promotes partnership, encourages collaboration, information sharing and discussion to break down silos. Leverages a flexible style, with the ability to influence in a broad set of circumstances.
