Full-Time hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (1 hour for lunch)

The Company:
Our client has been established for over 50 years and started as a family run business which through expansion and success is now part of a PLC Group. The main business function of the company is to sell new and used commercial vehicles from all five of their depots across the UK. They also offer other services such as parts, servicing and breakdown cover.
Job Overview:
The position is based at their Brighouse depot, which is their Head Office. The position would suit somebody looking for a varied role within a marketing department that is either a marketing graduate or has similar experience. We are looking for a proactive member of staff to join the sales and marketing administration team. The main role will be aimed towards supporting the marketing function for the whole group and you will have scope to take on full responsibility for the role, pitch new ideas based on market activity and assist in the development of marketing materials such as EDMs, Flyers and web content - working closely with the company’s media agency.
Skills Required:
- A high level of organisation and the ability to multi-task
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Comfortable in using Microsoft packages such as Excel (data input), Access Database and Word
- Ideally, but not essentially - 2.1 or Equivalent Degree in Marketing, Business or similar
Main Duties:
- Creating marketing materials alongside our media agency ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to
- Dealing with sports sponsorships
- CRM Management + Lead Management
- Marketing planning
- Stock management
- General support to the sales team with day-to-day tasks i.e. creating sales quotes / orders
- General upkeep of website via media agency
- Other ad.hoc administrative duties where necessary
