LOCATION: Canary Wharf / Crossharbour
FIXED WORKING HOURS (4 days a week)
Mandatory Dates = Tuesday, Sunday : 10:30am - 5:05pm
2 Days of your Choice = Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday : 10:30am - 5:05pm
JOB DESCRIPTION
Part-Time, 6 Months Temporary Placement with the opportunity for Full-Time and Permanent Placements at the end of the placement.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Picking and packaging customer and wholesale orders with exceptional attention to detail
- Assembling jewellery parts (training will be given)
- Ensuring quality checks are carried out prior to fulfilment
- Manifesting all orders for dispatch
- Handing fulfilment to courier
- Keeping the management up to date on the whole process and reporting any issues that arise
- Maintain a high level of organisation within and around the picking and packing area
- Report low stock issues daily to management
- Receiving deliveries, stock replenishment and management (individual items are very light, but physical activity are required for heavier boxes when delivery arrive and depart)
- Processing customer returns
- Folding boxes
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience of working in fulfilment operations is desirable
- Comfortable working with and assembling tiny products
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Self-driven, Positive attitude, Very well organized, High ability to multi-task
- Excellent attention to detail and be able to follow specific instructions
- Punctual and reliable
- Basic computer skills
- Happy to work individually and complete repetitive task
