Job Description
Xcede's Software team are recruiting an Java Tech Lead / Microservice Architect for a leading UK retail bank.
They are on a mission to help their customers take control of their finances and grow their wealth at all levels, providing financial positivity and freedom. This mission requires integration with various third-party vendors including their partnership with a leading credit rating business, allowing their users to view their credit score from their mobile banking app!
We're looking for a seasoned Java Developer with experience designing and implementing microservice architectures and leading teams of engineers. Experience working in a bank preferred, but any regulated/secure industry would be great!
Requirements:
- 5+ yrs experience in the JVM incl. microservices
- Experience leading engineering teams
Location: London / Edinburgh / Leeds
Remote Policy: 1 day/fortnight in your chosen office
