Job description
We are hiring full and part-time house cleaners in Edmonton.
Starting pay is $22 per hour, plus tips and bonuses. We allow you to set your own schedule and work only when you want to work.
When you work for us, you will set your availability through our mobile app and clock in and out right from your phone. You set your schedule and we will only assign jobs based on your availability. Only want to work certain days each week? Great! Want to work everyday and get full-time hours? Also great! We will work with you to make sure you're happy and able to make great money on your own time.
We do NOT provide supplies, transport to and from jobs, or insurance; however, we handle all advertising, marketing, scheduling, quoting, customer service, and billing, and let you focus on just your work. This is a contractor role where you'll be expected to work independently.
We're looking for cleaners to join our team. We want the best of the best, with a clear focus on detail. To be a part of our team, you MUST consistently show up on time, communicate well, and be respectful and friendly to our customers.
Already have your own clients? That's fine! We will help you get even more and send you all of the additional work that you would like.
Have another person that you currently clean with? Even better! We can schedule you for jobs together.
Duties:
- Regular, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings for residential homes
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting
- Vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, glass, mirrors, etc.
- Cleaning inside and outside kitchen appliances
- Ability to manage time effectively and independently
- Follow our cleaning check lists
Qualifications:
- 1 year of paid house cleaning experienced is ESSENTIAL
- Must speak English (conversational okay)
- Must have a cell phone with data to use our scheduling app
- Have your own transportation and cleaning supplies
- Must have or be willing to get general liability insurance
We are not employers of cleaners; you would be accepting jobs as an independent contractor.
