We supply and service test and measurement equipment for industries such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Public Sector, Construction, Manufacturing, Transport and Facilities Management companies.
Founded in 2001 and with a team of 118 we are a leading supplier of test equipment, calibration and electrical training. We have sites in Teesside, Leeds, Glasgow and Belfast. This role will be based in Thornaby, Teesside.

We require an experienced, part time cleaner to work in our offices in Thornaby.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that the building is clean, tidy and ready for use while maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
We are ideally looking for someone who is / has:
- Previous cleaning experience in an office/lab/warehouse environment, to a high standard
- Be able to work alone and use initiative
- Adaptable with a keen eye for detail
- Follow safe working practices to ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times
Your role will include:
- Vacuuming/ sweeping/ mopping floor areas
- Dusting, wiping
- Emptying of internal bins
- Removal of litter from outside the building
- Cleaning all areas, offices, labs, kitchen, toilets, etc
- Replenishment of soap, toilet rolls and hand towels
- Using appropriate equipment as required to fulfil cleaning requirements
The Candidate:

- Polite and courteous to all staff and visitors.
- Excellent attention to detail
Uniform, equipment and products will be provided.
- Role Type: Part Time
- Working Hours: 20 Hrs per week Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm
- Bonus Scheme: Performance related and Christmas Bonus Scheme applicable
- Holidays start at 22 days holidays + bank holidays, increasing 1 day each full year of service (max 25 days)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £10.90 per hour
