Techary are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join our growing team. As an experienced Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the CEO and will play a key part to the success for the management team you support. In this role you will have the opportunity to make an impact and become a key member of the growing team within this expanding company. This is a permanent full-time position based in our London office.
The Role
We are looking for an EA to support the CEO and become a vital part of our expansion in a growing and busy function. You'll do more than just support our management - you'll find operational efficiencies and identify more suitable ways of working. You'll become an invaluable resource within the company, at a very exciting time.
The role is varied, and you'll be handling a range of professional responsibilities for our management team including managing all expenses, travel, and calendaring, to name a few.
You'll thrive from being an in a very busy environment and will add value at every stage. More than just supporting our people, you'll help us to create processes and will be given the autonomy to drive ideas through to implementation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and expand to the key management team as required.
- Act as a gatekeeper to the CEO to ensure workloads are prioritised accordingly, with a natural ability to identify priority items and support the CEO in handling lower priority items autonomously.
- Handle complex calendar requirements, spanning global time zones.
- Book and own all travel requirements.
- Help plan, execute, and support events as required.
- Aid the team in key meeting preparation and BAU workloads.
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for team as and when required.
- Office Manager duties in respect of our London Office
- Managing third party suppliers and respective contracts
- Health and Safety
- Maintaining office supplies
- Managing visitors to the office
- Managing deliveries: In & Out
Qualifications
Degree or the equivalent and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to deal with high-pressure workloads and autonomously prioritise workload.
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
- Ability to interact and build relationships with wider teams, internal and external.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary - £40,000 per annum
