The Role
You will be working across a variety of sectors and locations across the Denbighshire, Conwy, Flintshire and Wrexham county areas.
You will be assigned to a variety of sectors, whether Social Housing properties, Void properties, or potentially public sector locations.
You will be provided with the equipment you need to carry out your role day-to-day, as well as a company vehicle to travel to each property.
The role will be predominantly Monday to Friday based, starting at 7:30am with a finish time of 4:30pm.
Customer/Client care and excellence in service delivery is the very heart of our team and this role would suit like-minded individuals. You will be encouraged to create and sustain good rapport with our customers and showcase your skills in the best possible way to undertake works efficiently and effectively to minimise disruption.
Salary is negotiable DOE and will be open to discussion during the interview.
The successful candidates will be expected to:
- Possess substantial experience within cleaning social housing properties, hospitals and schools
- Hold a full, valid UK Driving Licence
- Show flexibility to adaptive schedules when required
- Carry out works to the highest standard ensuring that all deadlines are met.
- Follow company Health & Safety guidelines and Working Practices.
- Work successfully both within a team and independently.
- Show initiative and remain reliable throughout all projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,960.00-£29,120.00 per year
