Physical Demands: Able to safely work on a ladder and use equipment.
Probationary Period: All employees must complete a 90 working days probationary period from the first day of work
Background Check: Potential employees must pass a background check once hired since the employee will be working with company-sensitive information.

Qualifications
- Must be U.S. Citizen
- Must pass a background check once hired
- Must have Duct Cleaning experience
- High level of customer service experience
- Possess written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with strict deadlines and prioritization skills.
- Ability to assess problems and recommend viable solutions to resolve issue.
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others and departments to achieve objectives and resolve escalations.
- Ability to listen and comprehend calls while evaluating customer service and missed sales opportunities to increase performance behavior.
Responsibilities
