Job description

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team. As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of various properties. This includes post-builder cleans, ensuring properties are ready for occupation and general upkeep on a daily/weekly basis. *based in central London*

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain properties to the highest standards, following established cleaning procedures and guidelines.
• Perform post-builder cleans, removing debris, dust, and any construction-related materials.
• Thoroughly clean all surfaces, including floors, windows, walls, and fixtures.
• Vacuum and mop floors, ensuring they are free from dirt, stains, and dust.
• Empty and sanitize any bins in the properties.
• Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work within assigned schedules, which may vary between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
• Take on overtime opportunities when available.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in professional cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
• Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
