Job description
Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 2 x 12 hour day shifts 06:00 - 18:00 followed by 2 x 12 hour night shifts 18:00 - 06:00 then 4 days off
All hours worked between the hours of 18:00 - 06:00 get £1 extra per hour
Rises to £11.11 after successful probation period
Because of shift work you must be aged 18 or over
Overtime @ 1.25 paid after contracted hours worked
To effectively carry out hygiene operations, internal and external, in such a manner as to ensure that building fabric, storage areas and equipment where required is stripped, cleaned and reassembled in accordance with recognised procedures, practices, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness at all times, including health & safety so as to continually produce safe food.
