Your Mission

• Ensure the maintenance of common areas as planned
• Clean and perform all tasks inherent to the maintenance of apartments after the departure of residents
• Clean up any mess to avoid any inconvenience to clientele
• Carry out seasonal work (snow removal, etc.)
• Ensure the proper management of garbage and recycling collection
• Follow and manage the inventory of products and heavy-duty equipment
• Be courteous with the clientele, perform all work with discretion and diligence
• Complete all other tasks related to the position

Desired Profile

• High school diploma
• At least 1 year of experience as a commercial cleaner
• Asset: DEP in general building maintenance
• Knowledge of WHMIS
• Customer service oriented
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Team player
• Integrity (which will be verified through a security screening)
• Schedule will be modified according to operational needs
