Your Mission
- Ensure the maintenance of common areas as planned
- Clean and perform all tasks inherent to the maintenance of apartments after the departure of residents
- Clean up any mess to avoid any inconvenience to clientele
- Carry out seasonal work (snow removal, etc.)
- Ensure the proper management of garbage and recycling collection
- Follow and manage the inventory of products and heavy-duty equipment
- Be courteous with the clientele, perform all work with discretion and diligence
- Complete all other tasks related to the position

Desired Profile
- High school diploma
- At least 1 year of experience as a commercial cleaner
- Asset: DEP in general building maintenance
- Knowledge of WHMIS
- Customer service oriented
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Team player
- Integrity (which will be verified through a security screening)
- Schedule will be modified according to operational needs
