We are looking for punctual, reliable, honest and committed applicants who understand that professional cleaning requires compassion for clients, patience for colleagues, and a genuine desire to help people.
How many homes will I clean? Our Cleaning Specialists typically work two jobs per day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon with paid travel time between clients.
Don't drive? No problem! Our team get around Toronto using the TTC.
But how will I carry a cleaning kit? We use our clients cleaning tools and supplies so that you won't need to carry around a heavy cleaning kit all-day. Using our client's supplies cancels out cross-contamination between homes, making our work even more squeaky clean.
Don't like using harsh chemicals? Neither do we! We use eco-friendly or natural products as we believe they are much better for our health and the environment.
Will I be paid for training? Absolutely! Following orientation, we offer a paid in-depth training programme. We will teach you how to clean following our 59 and 101 point checklists so that you'll be able to tell your microfiber cloths from your all-purpose spray in no time!
Requirements
- You have at least one year of professional residential cleaning experience (sorry, cleaning your own home does not count)
- You are available to work full-time Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm
- You have a smartphone with data to use our app to receive your schedule, update client notes, and make requests and clock in and out
- You feel comfortable navigating through the City of Toronto to our client's homes
- You are legally allowed to work in Canada
- You are bondable and happy to complete a police clearance check
