Residential Cleaning Supervisor

In addition to our standard, quality services, we specialize in helping those with hoarding disorder and other mental health challenges overcome difficult living situations. From harm reduction to simple quality of life improvements, our cleaning services are thorough, compassionate, and judgment free.

We are seeking an enthusiastic cleaner to join us as a supervisor part-time for 15-20 hours a week with the possibility for more hours as business dictates.
Requirements:
- - Access to a vehicle for reliable transportation to jobs is mandatory.
- - Must be fluent in English to a strong working proficiency level.
- VERY detail oriented and able to work at a fast pace.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Comfortable and willing to work alone and be the face of the business.
- Compassionate and empathetic. Must be comfortable dealing with clients who face various mental health and addiction challenges.
- Formal education or supplemental knowledge/ understanding of mental health conditions and addictions is required.
- Certificate of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check required.
- Walking, lifting, standing for extended periods.
- Previous education or experience in mental health/ homecare/ PCA is considered a big asset.
- Previous cleaning experience required.
- Ability to navigate a wide and diverse client base with a variety of backgrounds and individual needs.
