Job Description:
As an Insolvency Advisor at PennyPlan, you will:
· Deal with warm leads which have been pre-qualified by our lead-gen team
· Manage a pipeline of ongoing applications throughout the process until they are handed over to our draft team
· Understand clients' financial challenges and discuss options on a non-advised basis
Qualifications and Skills:
To excel in this role at PennyPlan, you must have:
· Proven experience as an IVA advisor
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to grasp financial concepts and convey them clearly to clients.
· Self-motivation and a passion for achieving and surpassing targets.
· Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Experience:
Please do not apply if you do not have 1+ years of experience in a debt advice role
