Duration: 24 months (This is a full time role from Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week)

The team
Royalties is a unique department that sits within the Global Finance Operation. We are responsible for creating Participant Distribution Statements which capture Net Sales due to parties with net reporting obligations. ITV sells licences worldwide for programmes made by ITV Studios, their acquired titles or external parties and we are responsible for reporting those sales. We are split into 3 teams; the Manual team, the Automated team and the New Deals team. You will have a stint in all 3 teams to see the full end to end process; from reading a contract, to creating the statement, to creating the payments for the relevant parties. We have fortnightly deadlines, so we are always kept busy and you will be a key team member to assist in meeting those deadlines.
The role
- Carrying out tasks to support the team such as reporting, analysis, processing, customer service, business query support, emailing participants, contract interpretation
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
- Numerical & analytical skills
- Demonstrable service mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work as a team player
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and openness
- Drives individual performance by embracing digital opportunities
- Scoring at least 9/10 through the multiple choice application questions
- Descriptive and an originality portrayed within the set application questions
Other things we’re looking for (key criteria)
- A clear understanding & passion for the apprenticeship role you are applying for as well as ITV
- Have a willingness to learn new skills with the appropriate training
- Demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude
- Good understanding of how to use technology in an office environment for example use of the Google suite, zoom
- You will be friendly and approachable, respectful to all of your ITV colleagues
- You’ll have the ability to maintain a positive attitude, even when under pressure and working to deadlines
Eligibility/Entry Criteria
As this is a Level 3 Apprenticeship, we require you to have/be predicted to achieve the below qualifications
GCSE Grades (or equivalent) C/4 or above in English and Maths plus 2 other subjects

- You have lived within the UK/EEA for a minimum of 3 years consecutively
- You meet the entry criteria for the apprenticeship as listed above
- You have not completed a degree/same level qualification in a similar subject to the role you are applying for
- You cannot have achieved the qualification already and you must not already be in full time education at the point of enrolment
