Italian and Spanish (trilingual) speaking Team Leader
CLIENT
Our client is a prestigious and very well established international company based in Central London.
LOCATION
HYBRID ROLE - 3 DAYS A WEEK IN THE LONDON OFFICE, 2 DAYS A WEEK WORKING FROM HOME
SALARY
Up to £35,000 pa plus benefits
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This is an exciting and challenging role where you will be responsible for ensuring that the department is run in an efficient and profitable manner whilst increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty at all times.
In addition you will be responsible for managing, mentoring and developing a small multilingual customer service team whilst and liaising with key Spanish and Italian speaking business customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Day to day management of the customer service team whilst identifying training and coaching needs
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Review and assess customer service contracts
- Oversee the achievement of customer service levels
- Handle complex and escalated customer service issues
- Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
- Fluent Italian and Spanish is essential
- Previous experience in customer service as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager
- In depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Fantastic communication and organisational skills
SALARY
