Who are we?
We are a family owned, start-up e-commerce business entering our third financial year. We are already the largest online retailer offering rooflights and roof lanterns. Our goal is exceptional growth, becoming the UK’s leading supplier of home extension products (rooflights, bi-fold doors, windows, etc).
What do we do?
You know when people build extensions in their back garden? Well, we give people peace of mind when choosing which systems are best suited to their projects; rooflights, roof lanterns & bi-fold doors. Once we’ve guided them through the buying process, we send their products directly to their door for their builder to install. If they have any questions about the product or installation, our team are ready to help at a moment’s notice.
What will you do?
- Qualify, respond and progress HOT sales leads
- Liaise with customers (phone/email) providing clear and concise information to
- guide them through their purchase
- Proactively develop new business from existing trade customers
- Work in a results-orientated environment with targets and KPIs (Key Performance
- Indicators)
- Build customer relationships to grow and develop your own sales pipeline
- Keep our CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) organised and up to date with
accurate information
- Understand company policies and procedures

Salary: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
