Job Description
The Support Technician will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day support of our business clients by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The Support Technician will be responsible for assisting with the following duties:

Salary: 25000 to 27000 per annum
- Help desk duties including working on assigned IT support tickets in line with service desk SLA's
- Maintain and keeping IT asset registers up to date the tools Maintaining all aspects of the IT hardware
- working on IT support tickets service desk SLA's Supporting users
- Carrying out administrative tasks on the Office IT Maintaining IT Infra registry
- Supporting IT Employees on various IT issues
Candidate will provide help desk support and maintenance across multiple areas with different IT systems and platforms under the direction of the IT Network Manager and Deputy Network Manager.
