Gower College Swansea is one of the largest colleges in Wales with a strong reputation for high quality teaching and learning. We have six campuses across the city with over 4,500 full time learners and 10,000 part time learners. We currently have a turnover of over £50 million making us a major employer in the region with approximately 1,000 staff.

The role:
The college is continuing an exciting programme of improving the IT facilities offered to our students and staff.
- Full-time, 37 hours per week
- Permanent
- £22,658 - £24,665 per annum
- Cross College Sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line quality support for both hardware and software for College staff and students, complying with IT Technician working practices and policies.
- Provide technical support and maintenance for software used within the College networks.
- Carry out the installation and configuration of all new computer hardware and software to ensure operation to the highest quality standard.
About you:
- Welsh Language Skills – Level 4.
- Qualified at level 3 or above in IT or related discipline.
- Proven track record of working as an IT Technician or a similar role
