IT Technician Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our computer systems and network infrastructure. You will work closely with our team members to ensure the smooth operation of our technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and network infrastructure
• Installing and configuring software and hardware
• Maintaining and repairing computer systems and peripherals
• Managing and maintaining network infrastructure
• Providing training and support to team members on the use of computer systems and software
• Keeping up to date with new technologies and industry developments

Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• A+ Certification or equivalent experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with network administration and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL

Salary: £23,210.52-£30,792.59 per year
