STEP ICT Technician – South London

Central Team

Full time, 36 hours per week (all year round)

Our ideal candidate will:

  • have a strong ICT technical background, with experience of server and network infrastructure
  • have experience in providing ICT support within the education sector
  • have experience in ICT service delivery
  • be able to deliver a range of first line support and onsite activities of varying complexity
  • be able to provide clear advice on support issues;
  • work effectively as a team player
  • be willing to travel between STEP academies
