IT Technician
Phoenix Operations and Maintenance, currently works within the cryptocurrency industry. Phoenix O&M is currently looking for Information Technology Technicians, As a technician, you would join one of our teams that installs shelving, computer systems, cables, and other infrastructure. You would learn a variety of skills specific to this field, including diagnostic, maintenance, and repair techniques for cryptocurrency miners. You would use these skills to ensure that our operations operate at maximum efficiency.
Your primary tool will be troubleshooting skills. Using your keen intuition to assess:
- Failures in the components
- Network issues
- Resolution steps and fixes
Successful candidate needs to be resourceful and proactive in identification of obstacles and how to clear them.
We expect you to be reliable, trustworthy, and motivated. We expect you to have basic competence in reading, mathematics, hand tools, and technology.
While we can make reasonable accommodations for certain health conditions, essential functions of this role include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for the duration of your shift, working at heights of 20 feet in a scissor lift, and being able to operate various machinery and tools without assistance. All of these expectations will be evaluated during the interview stage.
We are currently hiring for multiple shifts. As the site is a 24/7 operations. Shifts area available around the clock. Motivation is the key and training is available.
