Job description
A leading provider of secure transport and residential care is seeking to appoint an IT Technician/Analyst apprentice to provide first-line support to our internal staff. Additionally, you will contribute to ongoing projects and maintenance of networks, Microsoft 365, Azure and other systems alongside the IT Manager.
Key Duties
- Providing support to staff members for their various IT hardware and software systems.
- Installing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software systems.
- Working alongside the IT Manager to support ongoing and future planned projects.
- Flexibility where possible, on occasion you may be required to assist on projects and other opportunities outside of normal working hours.
About you
To be an IT Technician Apprentice you will need to be a tech enthusiast with 5 GCSEs (ideally A* – C, 4-9) including Maths and English.
This 18-month Apprenticeship has a salary of £22,672 per year. You will also receive full training and support from the Just IT Apprenticeship team to increase your skills.
Your training will include gaining internationally recognised Level 3 IT qualifications
