Dynamic London-based web and digital agency seeking an experienced Sales Consultant in IT Support / IT Managed Service with a breadth of knowledge across sales in the IT tech field.

- Salary: £160,000 - £110,000 OTE (on target earnings) {uncapped higher earning proven / obtainable} – with an up to £50,000 per annum Commitment Basic Provided.

Mandatory Skills 5yrs+ experience of working in a Digital Agency:
- Have a successful track record in business development
- Comprehensive hands-on experience with a technical background
- Business Analyst and Technical and IT support sales desired
- Have proven B2B Digital Agency sales experience
- Be keen and passionate about the digital industry
- Be comfortable dealing with SMEs at the board/owner level
- Demonstrable track record of high performance and tenacity to succeed in a fast-moving sales technology
- Good understanding of Web Technologies, IT Support, and IT Management Services
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment
- Keen to learn new technologies and techniques
- Enthusiastic and polite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ensure proposals, reports and other documents are attractive, effective, clear, and accurate, enhancing brand identity
Duties will include but not limited to -
- Selling a comprehensive range of IT Support / IT Managed services, to existing clients, as well as sourcing and generating new business opportunities
- Work on CRM along with building productive business professional relationships
- Deliver key revenue and expansion of our business unit
- Lead management, seeking, qualifying, and responding to leads
- CRM, tracking wins and obtaining client feedback
- Develop and improve the business development processes and collateral
- Develop an awareness of trends, the marketplace, and their competitors to help shape the business strategy
- Provide sound information and advice, identify the needs of the customer and provide the right solution and feedback
- Assist the new business efforts through your own professional network
