Job PurposeISG Commercial Ltd are seeking professional control room operatives to join our expanding team within a prestigious venue in London.The successful candidate (SIA/CCTV licensed) will be responsible for maintaining and facilitating security requirements of designated site levels and maintain high standards of professionalism at all times.This is a full time role, working on a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off (days, nights and weekends)We offer a competitive rate of pay and training will be provided.20 days holiday.Uniform provided.Key ResponsibilitiesTo monitor the CCTV systems, ensure that all security processes are adhered to and report any fire/medical occurrences to the relevant persons/departments.Manage key registerPatrol grounds, inside and outAbility to drive the patrol vehicleAbility to work using your own initiative and direct staff members where required.To ensure that all incidents are recorded with video and responded to by staff on the ground.Ensure that all incidents are reported and responded to correctly and incident reports completed where required.Always provide a consistent professional service.Always maintain a high security awareness.Ensure no unauthorised persons allowed within prohibited areas including Control Room.Proficient use of relevant communications equipment will require the candidate to have good communication skills and good voice procedures.The Security Control Room Operator will dispatch security officers as required via telephone and/or radio.Ability to work as a team toward KPIs and targets.Person SpecificationProfessional, highly driven, flexible, enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated team playerSmart and confident.Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.Computer literate and good communication skills, both written and verbal.Previous experience in a control room position is desirable.Have an ability to deliver concise and clear verbal and written reports where necessary.Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance to ensure team effectiveness and availability.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.Immaculate presentation.Always maintain and practice a high degree of confidentiality.Able to be vetted back 5 years or since leaving compulsory education.Provide support to the wider team when required.Have a knowledge of the NATO phonetic alphabet.SIA/CCTV licence.Driving licenseJob Types: Full time, PermanentSalary: £11.95 per hourJob Type: Full-timeSalary: £11.95 per hourBenefits:Company pensionFree parkingOn-site parkingSchedule:12 hour shiftDay shiftNight shiftExperience:CCTV: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification:Driving Licence (required)Work Location: In personExpected start date: 01/11/2023
