Job description
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls
- Provide customer service and technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, software, and networking
- Manage user accounts and permissions in various systems such Office 365
- Perform desktop support duties such as installing software applications and operating systems
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies or upgrades
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
