At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.
Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
What you’ll be doing…
- Market Analysis: Conducting thorough market research to identify potential B2B customer segments, understanding their needs, pain points, and preferences, and using data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Developing innovative marketing plans that align with Three Business’ growth objectives and capitalise on emerging market trends to maximise customer acquisition opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially the sales team, to generate high-quality leads through various channels, such as digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
- Campaign Execution: Overseeing the execution of targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring they are effectively communicated and resonate with the identified B2B customer segments, driving engagement and conversions using marketing automation tools.
- Performance Measurement: Analysing and tracking the performance of marketing initiatives, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of campaigns, and making data-driven adjustments to optimise results and ensure continuous improvement.
