We have exciting opportunity for a HR Data and Systems Specialist to join our People Team based in either London or Leeds.
Lomond is formed by a network of successful letting and estate agencies across the UK. The company has ambitious growth plans and we are now looking to strengthen our People function to support the network.

The role of the HR Systems & Data Specialist will be to support the Head of Systems & Data in the continued delivery of Lomond’s people strategy and enhance its systems and data capability to deliver a first class people service and drive data led decision making through real time insights.
Digital
- Lead on the HR, Learning, Engagement systems ensuring they work effectively for the business, collaborating with key teams such as Payroll, IT, external suppliers to maintain and improve system functionality for our people
- Act as a subject matter expert for people systems including but not limited to configuration, APIs and data mapping, workflows, access management, bug fixes and query resolution.
- Drive systems and workflow improvement projects forward, providing coaching and developmental training to colleagues in relation to system functionality.
- Working on HR projects, ensuring any required system configuration changes are made in a timely manner, ensuring any changes are communicated and understood by the HR Teams.
- Responsible for driving forward key digital projects such as Adobe Sign, SharePoint, Document Standardisation and version control etc.
Data
- Be the subject matter expert for data visualisation and reporting tools
- Produce data visualisations, KPI dashboards, and reports as needed to deliver the reporting strategy.
- Data entry, data cleansing, data import and export using system tools, and data reconciliation to business systems to ensure all data held is accurate and up to date and recommend process improvements and/or corrective actions.
- Build, populate and maintain the appropriate data storage and keep current the appropriate data definitions/dictionary and other documentation.
- Ensure data validation processes are designed and completed, and appropriate testing, exception reporting and automation implemented to maintain data quality and integrity
- Resolve data reporting and data integration problems and deliver requests for change.
Skills and Experience
- Must have experience in the use of HR software and system administration
- Must have advanced Excel and statistical analysis skills
- Must have experience in the use of Microsoft office package Word, Visio, Teams, SharePoint
- Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, and business process knowledge
- Knowledge of good practice/procedures regarding compliance with data protection legislation
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills with effective planning and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Must be flexible and available to travel to other company locations within the UK
- Knowledge of Adobe Sign is desirable
- A working knowledge of system implementations and data migration projects is desirable
- A working knowledge of system integrations (APIs) is desirable
- A working knowledge of Power BI or other data visualisation tools is desirable
- Experience within a HR environment is desirable
This role will be responsible for the following cloud-based software; IRIS Cascade HR & Payroll system (HRIS), Reward Gateway benefits platform, Kallidus learning management system (LMS) and TeamTailor our recruitment system (ATS).
