We have an exciting opportunity for two experienced individuals to join our group of schools as IT Systems Managers working collaboratively to implement the IT Strategy coherently across the three sites: CLSG, CLS and CJS. The IT Systems Managers will also oversee the organisation of the schools’ network infrastructure and will be responsible for offering the Director of Digital Strategy the technical expertise needed to execute the strategic aims. One manager will be based at CLSG and the other at CLS, with the expectation that cross-site visits are undertaken to ensure sharing of good practice, knowledge, and expertise and to provide additional resilience within the IT team.
The successful candidates will have proven experience in designing, building, installing, configuring and supporting database servers, the ability to work under pressure and balance a varied workload whilst maintaining a keen attention to detail. They will be highly self-motivated and directed, have proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, and be adept at building positive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
The salary for this post is within the salary range of £42,050 - £47,330 per annum (CLS Support Pay Scale 2022/23), inclusive of Inner London Weighting.
Experience working in a School or educational environment is desirable but not essential.
