What you’ll do
In the IT System Administrator role you will be part of a Secure IT team, responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure
What will you be doing?
Develop and maintain secure operating system builds- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of all IT related infrastructure
- Install and test new/updated IT applications
- Interface with IP Network and Security Engineers to produce system designs
- Provide 3rd line support
- Increase IT team productivity using automation techniques
- Support maintenance of ISO27001 accreditation for all secure sector systems
Who you are?
Hands on knowledge / experince working with Linux (CentOS, Debian, RHEL) & Windows System Administration- Working knowledge of virtualization (VMWare)
- Endpoint protection management
- Experience of following IT Security Policy
- Troubleshoot and resolve operating system and application issues
- Test and deploy new technologies to integrate with existing systems
- Willing to go through DV clearance
Security Clearance: This position requires the ability to obtain a UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance
