I am delighted to be recruiting on behalf of my client for a Customer Service Advisor, based in the Norwich area. The successful candidate will have great customer service skills and an outgoing personality.
The role is within an expanding business, and the company offers opportunity for growth and development. They are seeking someone with great communication skills who enjoys building rapport.
Salary and package:
- Full-time, Permanent role
- Salary: £20,319pa
- Shifts: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00

- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Working with existing customers and managing their accounts
- Email and phone correspondence - mainly email
- Processing orders and stock purchasing
- Building customer reports on MS Excel
- Quoting customers
- Speaking with different clients
- Data entry onto in-house database
- Strong MS Office skills, specifically Excel
- MUST have driving licence and own transport
- Good customer service skills
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
- Driven and motivated individual
