About Role - Remote System Administrator(Windows, Azure)
An Irish based company is looking for a dynamic, creative, System Administrator(Windows, Azure) to develop and scale their product .
This is a fully remote role and requires fluency in written and verbal English.
We are looking to expand our technical team with a System Administrator to support our internal and partner company’s IT systems. Our infrastructure is primarily cloud based, with around 60 endpoint devices across 2 offices.
As our Remote System Administrator(Windows, Azure), you will:
- Install and configure software hardware and network
- Ensure the backup routines are maintained and carry out schedule recovery plan simulations
- Ensure security policies are implemented
- Monitor cloud infrastructure performance
- Perform IT onboarding for new employees
- Assess software updates for impact on the company and develop related test plans.
Provide software and hardware support to all users
Essential Criteria
- Experience in configuring Windows Server
- Knowledge of Active Directory on Azure or Locally hosted
- Experiencing in operating Endpoint Management Systems
- Desirable Criteria
- Knowledges of Google workspaces and/or Microsoft Teams
Knowledges of managing cloud based infrastructure in Azure, AWS or GCP
