We have an immediate opportunity for an IT Support Technician to join our team. Due to continued growth and development of the company, we have reached a point where we need require ongoing IT Support to ensure smooth running of all operations.
The role of is very varied one. You will be the first point of contact for any IT related issues within the business…
As an IT Support Technician, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support and troubleshooting for all IT related issues, from in-house software, MS Office and network issues, to business equipment such as PCs, laptops, tablets, mobile devices and printers
- Troubleshooting network and telephony faults, such as ADSL broadband issues
- Procurement of new hardware and software that would optimise business operations.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Approachable personality
- Previous experience in an IT Technician or support role would be beneficial
- Comprehensive range of IT skills including hardware and software
- An individual who thrives when working and supporting a team but can be relied upon to work as an individual at all times
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within this sector
- A willingness to undertake a range of tasks to support the business
- A practical Individual, able to problem-solve, takes responsibility for their actions and can achieve deadlinesCompany Description

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £27,000.00 per year
