Have you recently completed your studies and are now looking to begin your career in IT?
We have an excellent opportunity for a Junior IT Support Technician to join our Support Team to work alongside our passionate and experienced professionals in delivering excellent service to our clients.
The successful candidate will have a relevant IT qualification (such as BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Computing) and at least 2 years experience in an IT support role.
System 3 have a track record in developing our colleagues, and you will be able to gain industry recognised Microsoft certifications.
You will be providing remote support to users via phone and email, supporting infrastructure including servers, storage, network, devices, cloud services, operating systems, data and applications. As this is a service driven role, a proactive and customer-centric attitude is crucial, and you will have excellent communication skills.
