Psymplicity is one of the UK’s fastest growing independent sector clinics, providing outpatient psychiatry, psychology and psychotherapy services to thousands of individuals, couples and families with a wide range of mental health concerns.

Job role:
Our expanding IT department is looking for a skilled technician to take responsibility for our internal IT support tasks.
The suitable candidate will be familiar will SAAS platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure etc.
Excellent problem solving skills and communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Ticket desk organisation and problem solving.
- User setup and removal.

Device management and security policies
- Sharepoint Online management
- Inventory management
- Troubleshooting processes within the Zoho ecosystem
- Some website maintenance
- Basic coding skills preferred (Javascript and HTML desirable)
Will work as integral part of the IT department, feeding back in to the development projects.
Must be a team player and interested in the broader project concepts.
Full time, on-site in North-West London.
Experience and skills:
We are looking for an experienced candidate who is ambitious, self-driven and has demonstrated success in fulfilling complex tech based project requirements. As a member of our agile, high-growth company, you will have the freedom to suggest change, improvements to as well as to improve both internal and external platforms and structures.
