Roles and Responsibilities Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely, and via phone Investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware faults Troubleshooting network and system issues Repairing equipment and replacing parts, checking computer equipment for electrical safety Respond within agreed time limits to callouts Maintaining records of software licenses Creating documentation for technical support purposes Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers Skills Required: Previous experience in computer troubleshooting would be an advantage The ability to think logically The ability to work well in a team Problem-solving skills Multilingual would be an advantage

Salary: £26,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
