Centrado is a progressive UK company that supplies materials to the picture framing industry. We supply all materials required for making a frame. We firmly believe in regular personal contact with our customers and offering a friendly, knowledgeable service to all Customers. We have grown through geographical expansion, competitive sourcing and increased product range and have just recently moved into a larger, new purpose built premises in Fenstanton, Cambridgeshire.
We are recruiting for someone to support our Head of Technology. The role will be office based and primarily focused on the smooth and efficient operation of the Centrado IT systems, infrastructure and networks. Maintaining the company’s hardware and software, ensuring all systems are up to date, secure and functioning properly.
Key Duties:
- First line user support, utilising ticketing software and ensuring full process is administered from initial query to close out and communication of query resolution.
- Providing training and support to end-users
- Company network administration
- SAP Business One and Koerber One database maintenance/admin
- Set up hardware for new members employees
- Systems integration work
- Requisitions for IT hardware/software
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of Windows server environments and SQL databases
- Self-motivator with a desire to succeed
- Knowledge of Windows and Android client devices
- Effective judgement and decision-making

Working Hours: 30 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, 6 hours or Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours.
Hybrid Working may be considered for 2-3 days depending on weekly schedule.
