IO Interactive is seeking a talented individual to join our team in a role that will support all of our studios and projects. Currently, we are working on two exciting game projects: Project 007, a brand-new James Bond video game featuring an entirely original Bond story, and Project Fantasy, an ambitious new IP for console and PC that will revolutionize the online fantasy RPG genre.
As we continue to develop these projects, we require a IT Support Specialist to support our teams across all studios, ensuring that our development processes run smoothly and efficiently. Become part of a dedicated team
You will become part of the service desk team, six people in five locations. We are situated in Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Istanbul, and UK. Your job will be in UK, you will refer to the Manager of the IT Service Desk. Our social tone is informal, open & honest. We have a focus on work/life balance, and we work as a team.
Ensuring excellent and efficient IT support
Our team supports 300 colleagues globally. We are looking for someone who can grow in the position and contribute to the development of our work processes and systems in close collaboration with your colleagues. We focus on this, to ensure that we improve and become still more efficient while delivering world-class service to our users as the company is expanding.
Your tasks will among others, include:
IT user support - On-site
Teaching and supporting users in MS365 solutions such as Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
Administrative tasks such as user administration
Preparing and supporting laptops, cell phones and other IT devices
Contact to local suppliers.

Requirements:
Windows 10/11 (installation, tweaking and troubleshooting)
Microsoft RSAT (Active Directory)
Hardware
Nice to have:
PowerShell
MS365 - Exchange
MS365 - Users
Atlassian JIRA and Confluence knowledge, usage and configuring.
Who Are You
You hold an education as an IT supporter or equivalent and have a minimum of two years of experience in an IT supporter role, preferably from an international company.
You are interested in new technology and thrive in a changing environment, where our job is to support the ongoing change in conditions and priorities.
You are fluent in English - verbally and in writing.
You like people and have a positive and service-minded approach to colleagues. You work in an analytical and structured way. This enables you to keep an overview, document your work and finish tasks on time - even on busy days. You are passionate about IT and can actively participate in improvement projects within your area of responsibility.
