IT Support Specialist
Location: Hybrid, Luton
Salary: £25,000 pa

Impellam Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join us permanently on the internal Service Desk.
In this role you will be 1st point of contact for our internal colleagues and your duties will revolve around:
- Assuming operational responsibilities for resolving all IT related administrative queries
- Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of received IT requests
- Liaising on a day-to-day basis with internal Customers, ensuring they are always informed on the progress of their query
- Escalating procedures, as and when required, to ensure that high priority issues are managed within the desired timeframe
- Assisting in the delivery of specific Service Desk projects, this will involve data entry, data analysis and general coordination of low-level activities.
You will need a good background in call centre customer support, a good attitude, willingness to learn and most of all, enjoy talking on the phone and solving problems.
Ideally you will have a technical understanding of Active Directory, as well as MS Windows and Citrix Cloud Desktop environments. A basic understanding of ITIL processes would be nice too.
