Job description
We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable, technology-savvy professional to join our team as an IT Support Specilalist. The candidate must be able to troubleshoot and provide maintenance on all hardware, software and network systems and have experience supporting organisations with 200+ staff . A successful applicant must have experience with Cyber Essentials Certification, has a great work ethic, is efficient with their time, and is enthusiastic about helping customers with their technology problems. Experience with Google Workspace, monday.com and zoom support required.
Start date: Immediately
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive remote IT support
- Respond quickly to requests for information.
- Keep backup files of company information on hand in case of a data loss.
- Answer employee questions about computer hardware and software issues.
- Provide solutions to employee computer problems.
- Provide project work, including Server upgrades, Cloud migrations, Cyber Essentials etc.
Technical experience:
- Windows Server
- Expert knowledge of Google Workspace and Office 365
- Cyber security, Cyber Essentials
- Active Directory
- Networking
- Backups
- Hardware Support
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £25,737.00-£27,959.00 per year
