Production Operative – Afters
Flavours Foods is a food manufacturing business providing the food to go, wholesale and catering markets with high quality chilled products such as sandwich fillers, salads, marinated meats & hummus.
As a Production Operative you will be expected to prepare the sandwich fillings or marinated meats by weighing different ingredients and mixing them all together to produce the finished product.
The business continues to grow therefore the company is looking for a person who would be enthusiastic, self motivated and a good team worker to ensure that product safety and quality is not compromised, as well as the right quantities are produced on the daily basis.
Day to day duties:
- Weighing the products and mixing them in the bath, ensuring product safety & quality is kept up to the standard
- Product decanting, temperature monitoring, storage organisation
- Stock Rotation / Replenishment
- General Housekeeping
- Cleaning of equipment & machinery to the highest standard, ‘Clean as you go’ policy followed
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Following Health & Safety rules
About You:
- Previous experience in food manufacturing business would be an advantage
- Enthusiastic & Self motivated
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication, team working skills

Salary: 10.50 + bonus approx £1 per/h
