Canon are looking for an IT Support Specialist who will provide operational support as well as excellent customer service within Canon’s ICT Department. This role allows you to provide an efficient and comprehensive technical support to Canon UK and Canon Europe employees and contractors in cooperation with European Central IT Support.

What we ask
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Provide IT Support to Canon Europe HQ, Canon UK and Ireland employees including remote offices and field-based employees
- Work in a collaborative environment on IT projects with IT peers and stakeholders
- Ensure SLA targets are met whilst providing a friendly customer-oriented approach, escalate where required
- Image, maintain and deploy Windows 10 laptops, and support of mobile devices (Samsung and Apple)
- Install, maintain, and upgrade IT equipment and network infrastructure. Including working with external vendors for support and maintenance
- Maintain IT assets and ensure documentation and logs are kept up to date and compliant
- Work closely with the IT Local Support team, Service Desk team and third line support teams
You will need
Required skills:
- Understanding of Office 365 environment including MS Teams, One Drive and SharePoint
- Basic understanding of IT hardware laptops/desktops, mobiles devices and software
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Completion of an IT related degree or apprenticeship programme
Desirable:
- Understanding of video conferencing solutions
Further Information
Salary – £27,083 - £28, 588 + 5% OTE bonus dependant on experience.
Location – Canon UK & Ireland, The Bower, Stockley Park, Uxbridge
