What you will do
- As we’re growing, we are looking to expand our IT team, which plays a critical role in providing technical support with a focus on increasing and enabling productivity.
- Working in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same, the ideal candidate will be someone who can provide first-class support, confidently interact with users and play a major part in the rollout of new technology.
- We’re looking for someone who is passionate about support and eager to develop new skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to our end-users
- Systems administration
- Managing joiners and leavers
- Creating new articles for the team's knowledge base
- Installing new equipment such as printers and meeting room technology
For this role you will need to have
- Good knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A new and curious mindset, looking at ways to improve our IT setup and user experience
- Analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Organised and calm under pressure
Microsoft Windows or Azure Certifications- Networking Certifications
